The Merchant House Bahrain will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the methods above.
Failure to cancel the reservation by 3.00 pm on the day of arrival will result in a penalty equal to the amount of the first night being charged room and taxes. The remaining nights of the stay will be automatically cancelled.

SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT
Airport transfers:
Airport transfers can be arranged upon request by email or telephone and full flight details must be provided on time of reservations. The hotel will not accept airport transfer requests without full flight information.
The following rates are inclusive of service charges and taxes.

Unused airport transfer services cannot be exchanged with other services.
