Today, the President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, met Italian Minister of Culture, Dario Franceschini, at the Italian Ministry of Culture in the presence of Bahraini Ambassador to Italy, Dr. Naser M.Y. Al Belooshi.
Expressing her pleasure regarding the meeting which reflects the strong cultural relationships between the two friendly countries, Shaikha Mai also stressed the importance of promoting the cultural sector at international level, particularly in view of the challenges it has faced during the past two years.
